YOUTH EMPOWERMENT. Cement manufacturer CEMEX Philippines recently partnered with non-profit organization Kaya Natin! to empower youth leaders in the Kaya Natin Youth Leadership Academy - Know, Innovate, Create and Start (KYLA-KICS) Workshop. CEMEX Philippines Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Director Chito Maniago shared to more than 80 students and youth leaders from Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya his personal leadership journey, as well as the corporate social responsibility initiatives of CEMEX Philippines.
