Policies
This Code is designed to govern the our relationships with all of our stakeholders, workplace safety, health, environmental responsibility, protection of confidential information, conflicts of interest, financial controls and records, and preservation of assets. Through the organization’s ethics committees, training programs, and secure internal communications channels, awareness and enforcement of this Code are promoted.
Among several implementing global policies of CEMEX that we observe are:

In compliance with SEC Memorandum Circulate No. 10, series of 2019, we adopted our Policy on Material Related Party Transactions (the “MRPT Policy”) on September 3, 2019. Among the purposes of this MRPT Policy are to define the framework for the procedures and processes for the review, approval or ratification, monitoring and recording of related party transactions (as defined under the policy), to provide guidance to management and employees on the governance guidelines and disclosure requirements for the related party transactions covered by the policy, and to supplement the global policy of CEMEX on Related Person Transactions.
