What we have in Olivia Chatbot?

  • Navigation for different CEMEX Go functionalities and services
  • 24/7 virtual assistant
  • Available even when the customers are not yet enrolled into the CEMEX Go platform
  • Can handover the conversation to a live CEMEX Service Center Associate

Olivia Chatbot has been created to provide virtual assistant in CEMEX Go navigations anytime, and anywhere which allows for better customer service, as well as optimizing both the time and work of the client and the sales team. In both cases, saving time, efficiency in accessing information and clarity will allow more resources to be allocated to processes with greater added value.
