CEMEX reaffirms partnership with government for “Build, Build, Build” program
CEMEX Chief Global Economist Manual Balmaseda (2nd from right) recently made a courtesy visit to Department of Budget and Management Bureau Secretary Benjamin Diokno (2nd from left) to discuss and reaffirm the cement manufacturer’s commitment to be a partner in building the Philippines’ growth story. The company is positioned to support the government’s “Build, Build, Build” infrastructure program through Solid Cement in Rizal and APO Cement in Cebu which are two of the biggest cement plants in the country, and through its extensive marine and land distribution network across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao which strengthens CEMEX’s logistics capacity. To continuously signify confidence in the Philippines, the company provides innovative building solutions for diverse market needs, ensures long-term investments with plans to put in the country and enables job generation to help build a progressive future for Filipinos.
