CEMEX HOLDINGS PHILIPPINES, INC. (“CHP”) is a holding company with various operating subsidiaries, two of whom are primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing cement and other cement products (i.e., APO Cement Corporation and SOLID Cement Corporation). CHP is a direct subsidiary of CEMEX ASIAN SOUTH EAST CORPORATION (“CASE”) and is an indirect subsidiary of CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”).
